At Little Scholars nursery we invest in our children and staff's wellbeing. We are so lucky to have our very own therapet Anni who makes weekly visits to the nursery, her name is short for Anniversary. Anni is a mini Shetland pony. She is 22 months old and the children and staff nurture and care for her i.e. feeding her , brushing her pony tail and gently petting her. Anni in return provides vital support to the physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of our children and staff .
As part of our intergenerational Monday's Anni also brings joy to the residents of the Whitehills Care home. Anni is well settled and she features on our ' Meet the Team' board as she is a valuable member of the Little Scholars family 💛.
